As a brand new, first-day user, I am trying to change which layer some elements are on. Google directed me to a page that states:

     Sometimes it is necessary to change an object's layer. This describes how to move one
     or more objects between layers.

     From the menu select Modify->Attributes

However, there is no Modify menu. Eventually, I did locate a Tools->Modify->Attributes menu. I'll never forget it, now ... nor the irritation this misdirection caused me.

Is it possible to do a global S&R to make the directions match the application?
