"viewport" is what I'm looking for...

When I took autoCAD there was a way that you could view two drawings at once by putting a "viewport" in one.

So I could have my 8.25" x 10.75" border and title block and look at a small part in an enlarged way. Is this feature called something else in LibreCad? I have tried to find it to no avail.

- I think you talk about viewing multiple sections of a drawing,
   each section of the drawing being displayed in there own
   window, with there own settings (zoom, etc.)

- LibreCAD do not support such "Viewport" functionality.

Sort of.... I think this is so basic to CAD that I am thinking it MUST be in libreCAD somewhere. Let's say one has a drawing of a part that is 1/4 inch wide and then wants to print the drawing on an 8.5x11 sheet with border and title block. Well there is a size mismatch here.

I am trying to find this functionality and I think the key might be to look at "paper space" vs. "model space" which I see mentioned in the forums but haven't found in the actual program yet...
