Embroidery Application

JV
I have been developing an embroidery application handling many formats, I am planning on adding CAD functionality. What are the guidelines for using code from LibreCAD? The applications are actually very similar and was wondering if LibreCAD would want to add embroidery capabilities as some sort of plug-in (running the UI in a simplified/ stripped down mode).

Re: Embroidery Application

Hi,

inherited code from QCAD is GPLv2 and all new code added by LibreCAD is covered by GPLv2+( GPLv2 or any later version of GPL).

We can ship your additions as far as it's licensed as GPLv2+.

Dongxu
