Angle is not correct

When I add a line at an 80 degree angle, either in the Angle tool box or in the 2 points line using the Command line, it's giving me this angle:
when an 80 degree angle should look like this:

I've tried using different units from the Drawing Preferences menu but nothing works.
Please help!
I'm trying to plat old deeds.
