Block origin when copied into new drawing ?

Gents,
I noticed the issue before, but hoping it will go away in final release..

When I select and copy the group of blocks from one drawing into a new one, all individual block origins are moved to the selected point chosen for copying.
Version 2.13 does not do that, it keeps block origins where they were originally.
Could someone look into that?

Also, rotation is is not preserved..
Copied block is not rotated as in original drawing, but when I open the block for editing, I can see the block is rotated.
As mentioned in my previous post, v2.13 behaves as it should (IMO).
