Can't find toolbar

Hi I am a new user and have been looking at some tutorials and I have 'lost' the toolbar to add length and snap choice when you pick a horizontal, vertical or angled line?
Also how can I return to the default menu's in Libre CAD?

I guess you talk about the *tool option* bar. You may check https://librecad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ref/toolbars.html#toolbars

You can return to LibreCAD's the default menu by resetting the configuration.  From the menu select Options -> Application Preferences, go to the "Defaults" tab and click the All button under "Clear Settings".  Close LibreCAD and when you start it again it will begin with the “Welcome” dialog.
