Can you post a screenshot of your "drawing preferences / Dimensions"

I am trying for several hours to find the correct text size but I can't!

Depends on your units and intended print scale. For mm in most cases you can leave everything as is out of the box, just set the scale (inverted value) at "General Scale", for example for 1/50 write 50.
For inches :
