Compiling LibreCad_3 from source code to complete install

geopython1916
I have a clean installation of Debian 10.  My plan is to write a Coordinate Geometry program called COGO. I'll be using feature of LUA 5+ to create a multi Dimensional database while using LibreCad's two dimension graphic engine.

The COGO Program will be written in pure C, and when needed, Lua.  The COGO Program completion date will be towards September '22.  I will be doing that COGO coding starting immediately.

I will use the Table Data Structure in Lua to build a Coordinate Database that will be at the center COGO going forward.  The Lua portion of the program will play a Central role.

I'm a Professional Survey Engineer by trade, how ever great that Profession my be, I'm departing for Coding.
