Cut Line or Trim Between Two Intersections

I have been looking for a tool in LibreCAD. I can't find it but I don't know if it is not there or I am looking in the wrong place.

I would like to remove a portion of a single line to create two new lines by eliminating the portion between two intersections.

Before Cut:


After Cut:

Go to Main menu > Modify > Divide.
1. Specify entity to cut - select the line.
2. Select cutting point -use 'Snap Intersection' and select your first cutting point.
3. Specify entity to cut - select the line again.
4. Select cutting point -select the next cutting point!
5. Press escape button (to escape the current command) or right click.
6. Now select the middle 'cut' section and press the keyboard delete key.

Thanks again ct. I was hoping there might be an expedited method, I suppose that isn't too bad though.

First thing I would try:
Snap->Snap Intersection
Modify->Divide
click on the horizontal line
   click on the first intersection of the horizontal line with the rectangle
click on the horizontal line
   click on the second intersection of the horizontal line with the rectangle
press two times the right mouse button or hit two times the Esc key on your keyboard
select the part of the horizontal line which is within the rectangle
press the Del key on your keyboard
