Dimension line goes thru figures

I am a new user of LibreCAD and the dimension lines go thru the figures - the line is not broken to show the figure. Any suggestion please how I can break the dimension line? Thanks

Hi david77,

We do dimension sizes over the dimension line instead within break of the dimension line.

You can move the dimension text(digits) by main menu: Edit->Current Drawing Preferences->Dimension->dimension line gap, this value menas the gap between the text(figures) and the dimension line.

Thanks dxli - but mine doesn't work. I have version 1.0.2 running under Windows XP.
Is this the latest version?

We are releasing 2.0.0beta1 at any moment.

you may want to try 2.0.0alpha4 before 2.0.0beta1.
