Dimension lines changing color

Why do my dimension lines change color whenever I toggle layers or reload a drawing?

They return to their color setting when I reset the layer attributes, but it is kind of annoying.  Am I missing a setting somewhere?

So, am I to suppose that I am the only user who has seen this issue?

I am running version 2.2.0 on Windows 11.

Any suggestions welcomed.
