Dimension missing, no arrow, or dimension text?

Issue: you see the dimension lines, but the Dimension labels missing, no arrow, or dimension text?

Please check your general scale, arrow size, text size, etc.,

by Main Menu:

Edit -> Current Drawing Preferences -> Dimensions
