Dimensions displacable ?

Hello everybody,

i have the problem, that i do dimensions on circles, but
some also with a center cross-hair.
So then the dimension is printed in the center of the
dimension-line. But here it will be cut by the cross-hair
of circle center.
Is there a possibility to move the dimension Text on the line?

in default action, you can click the dimension text to get the reference points, i.e., if you end all actions.

1, click "Selection Pointer" button in top toolbar area.
2, click the dimension entiy;
3, click and drag to dimension text reference point shown to move the text.
