scripting feature

I would like to add scripting feature in librecad.
@all can you suggest me requirement for that, what is the eligibility
for that, documentation, books, language and any other stuff. If we
are able to add scripting feature in librecad, then it will be the
great achievement for librecad.

i am waiting for a scripting interface from LibreCAD to import points of a spline from a file. Are you going to do that? It would be wonderful!!!

Not yet,

but we are planning to add scripting capabilities after our first official 1.0.0 release.

What it exactly will include is not sure yet

Note that QCAD 3 Beta was released a few days ago. QCAD (the product from which LibreCAD was once forked) offers a very complete ECMAScript API which covers almost the complete Qt and QCAD API. Please refer to http://www.ribbonsoft.com/qcad3.html for details.

I don't think they will release it near future. There is not community there. Their community Edition is also without pline and scripting features.
