Dimensions formatting

Hello,
I am having trouble formatting the number of decimals for dimensions. I tried to change from Edit/Current Drawing Preferences but it just doesn't work.

It works for me in LC 2.1 on win xp.
You should describe more in detail what you want to achieve, what the problem is.
Number of decimals is set in Dimensions - Linear precision.
