Dimesions of concentric circles

Seems to be asked years ago,
https://forum.librecad.org/Diametric-Dimesioning-td5707030.html but still LC 2.1.3 clutters dimensions above each other.

So, if radial dimensioning is not possible, is there any solution besides patching?

 

Select the dimension. Pull the text at the square blue dot to any position. Click, escape, escape.
