Drawing elliptical curves in LibreCad (solved)

It is a few years since I visited this form, last time, I could not find a method for drawing elliptical curves.
Has one been developed since? Or been there all the time without me knowing?
If so, can someone please direct me to a forum or a brief tutorial on how to use them?

tools - curve - ellipse arc. Is this what you have been looking for?
