Drawing lots of holes / circles on a pitch circle diameter

Ajohn
Is there any quick way of doing this. I've looked around as it's something I would expect to find but no luck where ever I look.

It would be a case of specifying a circle diameter, angular spacing, the pitch circle and the number of them. Or simply the number, the angle being worked out internally.

In some ways the ability to draw some shape and do the same thing with those what ever they are even if open or just lines. That way only one of what ever it was would need drawing.

The usual way is a dedicated circles on a pitch circle diameter. It's in many CAD packages mainly used for bolt holes but the rotate through angle, draw what ever it is would be more flexible.

I am not sure if I have understood what you are asking, but can't this be done with "modify" - "rotate" or "move and rotate"? You can select multiple copies.

Thanks. That sounds just the right thing.
