Editing using the dimensions of the grid outside the object

We want to create a window opening, but the edge and target destination does not coincide with the grid.

For editing, we will not type numbers or use offsets with numbers. The solution is to use the grid outside the edge to obtain the desired regular dimension between the reference and target points.
