Question about specifying holes in file for CNC drilling

Hi I am new to LibreCad and CNC. I am making a drawing/file of a plywood sheet with multiple holes drilled throughout. I am OK with how to show & locate the holes. But what I don't know is what does the person who runs the CNC need from the file? Just the centerpoints of all of the holes & then a note about the diameter? Or if the drawing shows all of the holes(circles), then the transfer of the file into the CNC language will include the centerpoints?
