Escape key does not cancel command

Hello- I am new to LibreCAD
and am working on a Mc (OS 12.5.1)

When finished using a command, I press 'escape', but the command line asks me to continue with that command.

I have got no further than that, so have not noticed anything that might suggest the program was not installed properly...

Any ideas?

In the older version 2.1.3 you need a double 'escape' or a double right mouse click to finish a command completely.
In 2.2.0 final a single 'escape' is enough.
