How do I drag the drawing around?

Hi All,

Google is failing me on this one.

How do I drag a drawing around?  I would like to grad a spot and drag the whole drawing to somewhere I want.

Found it: "use the "Zoom Panning" icon.  

Must have look in "view" four times for that.  You think yo see what you see.
