How do I zoom on a windowed area?

Hi All, Google is failing me on this one too. I would like to make a rectangle (windows) around a particular spot on the drawing and zone to that rectangle (windows). Many thanks, -T

Found it: View, Widowed Zoom

Or mouse wheel.
The numbers in the right corner tell you the units between small dots and lines.

The mouse wheel is the same as <ctrl><+> and <cltr><->. Sweet.
