I can not specify the size on the outside of the rectangle

ogogon
I started drawing to draw the device's front panel.
Once I drew the outline of the panel, I wanted to indicate its size.

After that, I found that the dimension function places size bar within the border of pannel.
And outside the box to specify the size of the program does not want to.

What I need to do for to specify the size on the outside of the rectangle?

That version information of my LibreCAD:
Version: master
CVS revision: 2.0.7
Compiler: Clang 6.0.0
Version Qt: 5.4.0
Compiled: Jan 3 2015
Portions (c) 2011 by R. van Twisk
My OS - Mac OS X 10.9.5
The file with the drawing attached. Front_Pannel.dxf

Thank you in advance for your response,
Ogogon.

Re: I can not specify the size on the outside of the rectangle

dxli
dim-aligned.dxf

Please play with features:

1, zoom-in/zoom-out;
2, snap to Grids, end points, intersections, or free
