Icons for interface

Hi,

I see that the interface is not enough icons. Can offer a few. This is combined from icons by Pablo Ramrez Alem. The icon used now to help, better use for the current drawing preferences.

It seems as a good time for my request:

Horizontal line icon has line from _right_ (green point) to left, but if
Snap point is Start (default), then line will be drawn from _left_ to right
(which is controversially for icon).  I think Horizontal line icon green
point should be placed to left end.

I agree. It looks better with the green point at the left.

I've added new icons with commit b6ef74a0.

And I've changed the Draw Line icons too with commit 9f503946

Hi,

I changed manual icon. It is better to view. This image is aligned to the pixel grid for multiple sizes (16, 22, 24, 32, 48, 64...). If you will be using it do not move or resize the elements of the image, please. It will destroy the alignment.

They should be in 2.0.8, as well as some icon size fixes on 4K display.
