Is there someone assigned to the Windows help file problem

- Just to know if there is someone assigned to the Windows
help file problem (bug #3349026).

that would be me.

I you have a clean windows machine you can test a executable I just created this morning.

Send me a private mail so I can send you a link with a download you can try.

I asked somebody else also to test on Windows.
