Isometric corner rounding: Missing tool to Create a radius in a corner

running on Linux.


I am doing this tutorial:
  User Manual for LibreCAD 2.0  

Under section:   "Creating a radius in a corner"
Excerpts:

"....  We will use line modify again for this task. Select Modify / round.

Move your cursor down to the inside vertical line and left click 1 time.
Move your cursor to the other green line taking care that the radius
shown connects the 2 lines and left click 1 time.
The results are shown below.  ... ... "

I am trying to round the corner of an isometric L-bracket
as shown in the tutorial example.
There is not such Round tool under the Modify menu.

Was the tool removed?
What is the alternative solution for such isometric
rounding of inside or outside corners?

Please advice.

Modify -> Round was renamed to Modify -> Fillet
