LibreCAD on Mac - Keyboard Command Aliases

piper
I modified librecad.alias in the Mac Library under Application Support and saved the file, but restarted LibreCAD 2.0.7 on OSX 10.9.5 is not recognizing the command. I'm a newbie to LibreCAD and I've searched how to do this.

Any suggestions?

Please upgrade to 2.0.8

remove the old alias file before you upgrade.

If 2.0.8 still doesn't work for you, please upload and share your alias file.

Followed instructions but same thing is happening.

Added 'Zoom' and 'Copy' at end of file.

ravas
zoom and copy are not commands.
http://wiki.librecad.org/index.php/Commands

mv for move/copy
or
- select an object
- press ctrl+c
- select a reference point
- press ctrl+v

What do you want to happen with the zoom?
We have:
- scrolling the mouse wheel
- ctrl & - / ctrl & +
- view → window zoom

Ah, OK, thanks. I'm coming from an AutoCAD environment (PGP file), so I figured commands would work similarly. Zoom Window, Zoom Previous, Zoom Extents and Copy I tend to use a lot, so one keystroke+Enter works pretty fast.

Related tip: double click the middle mouse button (usually scroll wheel) to "Auto Zoom".
