Librecad 2.2 on recent Linux

Mathieu
Hi,
I am using Linux Mint 20 (based on Ubuntu Focal).
LibreCAD 2.1.3 is installed on my computer but I would like to install LibreCAD 2.2 (I'd like to use multilines commands and variables).
I cannot add librecad-daily in the PPA (the computer tells me this ppa does not support Focal).
On this webpage : https://launchpad.net/~librecad-dev/+archive/ubuntu/librecad-daily it seems that there is no PPA for Ubuntu higher than 18.10. How can I add LibreCAD 2.2 on Ubuntu 20.04 or higher ?
Thanks,
regards,
Mathieu.

Hi,
This PPA version is out-dated. I see 2 options :
1/ Wait for the next 2.2.0 release.
2/ Build from source the candidate release with the following proceedure : https://librecad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/appx/build.html?highlight=build#building-on-linux. Note that this version is stable and close to release.

Hi,
thanks for your help. I tried to build from the sources but when I make "make -j4" the terminal seems to make an infinite loop.
So I installed the exe with wine and it works fine.
Thanks,
regards,
Mathieu.
