Move objects using precise coordinates

Hey all, I'm new to Librecad and am trying to make some small modifications to some drawings I've made with another program. Specifically I just want to move some things around a bit. I've watched and understand the video tutorial on moving objects, but it doesn't go into how to specify, with the keyboard, a precise target location, or, preferably, a precise target offset. Drag and drop, obviously, is not particularly precise. I'd like to just say, "move this up 1 inch in Y".

How do I do that? As a first time user, I'm finding the UI somewhat baffling.
