I'm doing some follow up for this issue about someone wanting to push changes to the Chinese translation but the two links in the previous post go to the wiki which is depreciated.

I think this is on readthedocs is the most recent page but https://translate.librecad.org seems to out of service.

What is the current suggestion for people who want to help with translations?

https://librecad-docs-dev.readthedocs.io/en/latest/appx/contributing.html works for me:
