Re: Nouvel utilisateur

PACALOU
bonjour,

hello,
maybe you could help me.
I have a good experience in computer science, and in recent years to draw stairs with balanced steps, with Turbocad.
I have just installed libreCAD, which makes a very good impression on me and I cannot start it.

I would like to draw the plan of a building of 15 m by 8 m
in drawing settings
main unit: centimeter
dimensioning: top of characters 30 cm, top of arrows 10 cm
and when I draw dimension lines, the first 4, aligned, linear horiz. , vertical, I draw a logical line, but without an "arrow" sign or a number indicating the dimension.

thank you for your help, I have been looking for 3 hours!
Arrows and text are probably there, but too small. Zoom in at start/end of any dimension and see if the arrow is there.
In this case you have to adjust General Scale in Current Drawing Preferences to your needs.
See https://librecad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ref/draw-prefs.html?highlight=dimension#dimensions
investing less than half an hour into Search function can save hours or days of waiting for a solution

Re: Nouvel utilisateur

PACALOU
thank you very much.
in fact, because I am new to LibreCAD, I have noticed that I did not backup my changes in the right order.

it is facinating to start with a new software, and improove step by step.
I feel LibreCAD will be soon adopted.
