 I'm newbie using Librecad. I thing it could be very useful for us if exist a component library, from users contributions.

Yes. We need more contributions from users.

For the time being, feel free to submit your contribution by github pull requests, or sf.net patch tracker.

I have set up a new folder here - http://forum.librecad.org/Useful-library-symbols-and-blocks-f5707181.html

so that for now users can submit useful library symbols and blocks.

If it grows I guess it could be included 'as standard' in the LibreCAD application library.
