Parallel command ?

I hope in the resurrection of command.

Lines > Parallel

All the parallel tools are modify → offset.

That's the command: o

offset_command is inefficient.

Therefore, I hope in the resurrection of Parallel_command.

In 2.0, there are "parallel line (by distance)" and "Parallel line through point". At least we should provide both features.

In what way is it inefficient?
It's the same tool.
You can't get any more efficient than typing a single letter.

You will find the parallel line tool restored in the next nightly build.
