Please Assist

Hi all ,
Iam a total beginner when it comes to Librecad so I would love /appreciate any suggestions from members who are more experienced than me .
 Iam into RC planes and am trying to import plane plans , lets say 1:400, scaling it up to 1:100 and printing it .
Iam just wondering if Librecad has that feature available and if anyone of you has had any experience with the above mentioned.
Please do pardon my ignorance or if this has been asked before.

If these plane plans are in dxf- format, you can print them at any desired scale.
If you mean importing bitmap (pixel) images, it's also possible to print them at a different scale, but you can't edit them.
