Print Preview - missing toolbar

I've downloaded LibreCAD yesterday, and started to familiarize myself with the program.
My Print Preview doesn't have a toolbar, with scale and the four buttons. I would like to find it, so how do I do that? I have checked all the other spaces, expanding tools etc, no luck.
Can anyone help with this? Thankyou.

Maybe Widgets - Toolbars - Tool Options is off.
