sadly, there is not much value in your post to dissect your topic.
Generally, I assume, that you have to ask the guys from RDCAM what's wrong with your DXF files.
I'm afraid that here nobody can tell you why RDCAM doesn't like your DXF files. Maybe there are requirements we don't know at LibreCAD, so your chances are higher when you ask in RDCAM related resources.
But if you expect some kind of help, give more information about your issue. If you don't know what I mean, search the web for "good support request".
