Reference points

Bryon
Hi
When looking for a reference point to start a line (for exanple) LibreCad doesn't seem to recognize a "command line" reference, only points defined by the cursor.
In AutoCad you can choose from references such as intersection of, or endpoint of, nearest to or the cursor point is very obvious via script displayed on the command line. You're told when you are on an intersection, etc.  The fact that zoom window is of a limited "range", getting exactly where you want to start/end is an educated guess at best.
Hard to believe they missed something this obvious or is it me missing something?

No, in LibreCAD you can't select the snap feature via command line. Set the desired snap(s) in the Snap Selection toolbar. No, the encountered snap situation is not told on the screen or on the command line. LibreCAD can not do everything AutoCAD can, we have to live with that.

Zoom window is of a limited "range", start/end is an educated guess, what do you mean with that?
