When I lock relative zero and then try to unlock it's still locked :/

This works for me as expected.
Which LibreCAD version do you use?
Can you give detailed steps of lock/unlock or screenshots?

^{investing less than half an hour into Search function can save hours or days of waiting for a solution}

I suspect you try to unlock with the button left to it (set relative zero). Click "Lock relative zero position" again to unlock. Is it this?
