Saving DXF R12 freezes LibreCAD

Hi,

I'm new to this forum ; I've been a Qcad user for several years, then Librecad user and I love this piece of software.

I need to import one of my drawings to Openscad to build a 3D object, and Openscad only accepts DXF R12 files.

My problem is : when I save a file to R12 format, whatever my drawing is (even an empty drawing), Librecad freezes and the R12 file is never created. Saving in DXF 2000 is OK.

I'm working on Linux Mint LMDE (latest version).

Any idea about what may cause this trouble ?

I think this problem already came out and was corrected.

You are using the last Mint but, what LibreCAD version?

With LC 2.0.0beta1 works well

for everyone's info: All debian derivatives are using version 1.0.2,
at the latest. I was going to update to 2 series when it is officially
released. In the mean time, the 2 series is in Debian Experimental or
our PPA (info on both is on librecad.org)

Do the devs like that situation (should we continue to hold of version
2 until it is officially released)?

for me it workes on XP with LibreCAD 2.0.0rc2, empty or with a few lines drawn.

Please, can you post an example in a newer format, which crashes LC on saving in R12 format.
