Set current drawing preferences as default?

I am new to using LibreCAD I have to change the current drawing preferences to get my style each time I do a new drawing. Is there a way to make this permanent, as default, for the program?

How do I save my current drawing preferences as default for all documents?

EDIT: I removed the dimension scaling as I found how to do it.

Options -> Current Drawing Preferences -> Dimensions -> Length Factor:

Unfortunately there is no such possibility.
But you can make a template, an empty drawing with your settings, and save it. You can then use this as a start for a new drawing and save it under a new name.
