Small hatch improvement: show gaps in contours.

In 2.2.2, we want to improve hatch:

1, click an enclosed area to hatch;
2, relax strict contour requirement to allow use segments by intersection.

Currently, a small feature could be easy to implement, show endpoints not connected.

I have added boost R-tree to the codebase, and hopefully, showing endpoints not connected is easier withR-trees
