Include Dimension - Baseline and - Continue to 2.2.1

dellus
For 2.2.1 rc a feature freeze has been declared. Absolutely?
In 2.2.2 alpha surprisingly two fantastic new features have been introduced, Dimension - Baseline and - Continue. They work perfectly, no issues with them it seems. These two features make LibreCAD much more feature complete and attractive especially for architecture and construction users.
It would be a pity if they were not included in 2.2.1 final, given they exist and considering the probably long time until 2.2.2 final.
Worth the effort even if it means further delay of 2.2.1 release.

The changes in 2.2.2 are just too experimental for a release candidate. We just started to fix some newly introduced crashes in 2.2.2 and likely more serious issues not exposed yet.

For 2.2.1, the last blocker is the windows build crashing at startup.

That being said, we can evaluate specific features, and figure out a safe way to back port, if impact would be limited to those features.

well, actually I'm doubt that these actions for dimensions may be backported to 2.2.1 in simple way... just to be replaced by 2.2.2 later.

So most probably it's just simpler so far to use dev snapshot of 2.2.2 - of course, the are some glitches there, however, usually the version that is built regularly is stable enough (plus, it includes other fresh features).

About the windows crash in 2.2.1, we have no clue why it happens yet.

Looks like we really need to dump the call stack at crashes. I will looking a way to do that.
