Some tools don't work anymore

Hello,
I have been using librecad for about two year, now I've got a new pc with Linux Majaro and I installed
Librecad

During the last weeks sometimes I had some trouble

but this morning it was working properly. Not this afternoon so I installed again

Librecad
Versione: 2.1.3
Compilatore: GNU GCC 10.1.0
Compilato in data: Jul  7 2020
Versione Qt: 5.15.2
Boost Version: 1.72.0

The trouble is that it give me the same problem as before re-installing
The problems are:
- don't edit Mtext, I can only put new text
- don't offset lines
- I can't select objects with mouse, only with a window

What  am I doing wrong?

The strange is that it works for some drawings and not for others.

Don't work also trim and stretches

Do you have an angular dimension in the drawing and arrow size set to 0?

Now it works properly but why?
Maybe I clicked on the grid? I can't understand...

In LibreCAD 2.1.3 , if you have Arrow size  set to 0 in Drawing Preferences, and do have an angular dimension  in the drawing, always this will be selected when you try to select any other single object. This is a bug recently discovered and fixed in the latest 2.2.0 rc version.
The workaround simply is not to set Arrow size (dimensione freccia) to 0, even if you use ticks (size other than 0). Looking at your screenshot it should be all right. Maybe you have changed this setting recently?
I have no other explanation. If the problem persists you may report again.

Oh, I have forgotten, there is another possible explanation:
If you have an image in the background, it will catch any single click selection attempt for an other entity lying above it. Always the image will be selected, there is no workaround, except to switch the image's layer off/invisible.

I see that when that tools don't work and I click on the grid then it works.
