Special Characters - Text

Lotherio
Hello everyone, everything good?

I am new to using LibreCAD and would like to know if it is possible to insert special characters in the texts ("ç", "´", "^","²", "³", ...).

Thank you very much!

Yes, when you start the Text or Mtext tools, there is a dialog in which you can add nearly any symbol you can imagine, even if it is not mapped in your keyboard, and of course, it gets input from the keyboard too.

Note that not all fonts are able to display all symbols, so you will have to explore which fonts suit better your needs.

Both, the font selector and the char input are available in the Text and Mtext dialogs.

I just tested them all and saw that there are more than 5 options that meet these requirements.

The one I'm going to adhere to will be the "iso" font.

Thank you one more time!
