Stuck in 2D or fake 3D?

Hello,
I re-installed LibreCad yesterday and I lost hours:
Just I open a template (or a new draw), the design is allright but it's like I'm stuck in 2D into a 3D draw!
For ex: Line 2 points: the cursor starts on X at 80.0000 , 0.0000 and goes to 120.0000 , 0.0000 or 150.0000 , 0.0000 I cannot move on the Y (ex: 0.0000 , 50.0000). Idem with ellipse etc.
Where are the parameters to solve my problem?
I missed a clic...

in your case presumably restrict horizontal
