Unable to create more than 1 each 2 point line.

Eugene Morse
Have been using LibreCad with no problems for years with no problems.  I recommended it to many.   I recently upgraded to Ubuntu 19 now I am unable to create more than one line in the 2 point.  After I draw the first line no matter the angle, I am unable to extend to form a second line.  Am I overlooking something in my setup?    I have removed and reinstalled LibreCad only to experience the same problem.   I have tried on my older drawings but same problem.  It works on circles ant etc but not 2 point lines.

Cleared defaults and cleared problem.  Was the problem created when I updated to Ubuntu 19?   Thanks a million, I was building something, I need the LibreCad to proof my design.  Have spent five hrs in garage uncovering errors in my hand drawings with no concrete solution.  Now I can analyze it.
