Wacom Intous tablet not working properly

I'm a completely new LibreCAD user, and I'm having what sounds like a problem described previously:

...where I can't make a rectangle, because it won't accept a second point for the opposite corner (because apparently it thinks it already got it).  Anyone know if this issue was ever resolved?  I've tried bot v2.1.3 and 2.2.0rc, and they both act the same.  I'm running Windows 7, with a Wacom Intous2 tablet.

can you confirm that the tablet is the source of your issue?
Can you create the rectangle using the mouse?

I don't know, if this was ever solved nor if we received the patch which was talked about.

Yes, I can confirm that the tablet is the issue.  When I unplug the tablet from the laptop, I can draw rectangles, etc. correctly using the touch pad.
