What am I doing wrong?

I know there's been like 100 posts of this topic. Why none of them make sense to me is beyond me. Here's my issue, I tried to print or export to PDF and pages are blank? I could see the nice border I used with the title box, I can see the centerlines I created for each piece. But measurements and the parts themselves are not there. I keep reading different things where people are talking about scale issues with the paper size. I've run through it all and I cannot get this software to spit out a PDF with the images.. What am I doing wrong?

Are the missing entities visible in the Print Preview?
Have you drawn them yourself or imported from somewhere?
What line width and type do they have? Or the layer they are on.
Is the printer symbol in the layer list grayed out?
If nothing helps you could provide the file for a check.
