What's the best IDE environment for developing LibreCAD on Ubuntu?

There is QDevelop tool and KDevelop Tool.

Seems both of them could open the project ...

Just saw that KDE4 Could not open the project from git repo... It can only recognize kdev4 file.. not pro....
 
does it mean that by Utunbu we only can use QDevelop tool to do build/debug ?  Thanks.
